Account Deletion Requests
Deleting your Ally Waste account permanently removes it and all associated data from our servers. Once an account is deleted, it cannot be restored.
To delete your account, follow these steps:
- Open the Ally app and log in.
- Tap the Settings icon in the top, right of the navigation.
- Select the edit button in the Customer Info section
- Scroll to the bottom of the screen and select Delete account.
- Confirm your decision by tapping Delete.
If you are not able to access the app, you can request account deletion by sending an email to support@allywaste.com. To delete an account, you must contact us via the same email address used to create the account so we can confirm it belongs to you.
In certain circumstances, Ally Waste is both legally required and permitted to retain some data. To this extent, your data will not be deleted but will only be processed for those purposes.
