Ally Waste charges a flat fee per door, largely based on labor rates in your area. Our rates are competitive, and we offer special rates for large portfolios and enterprise customers.
Standard contracts are from 36-60 months. These terms allow us to recoup our investment in hiring valets, providing uniform trash cans, and providing responsive customer service. However, we can offer shorter terms at higher rates.
Yes. All of our valets are uniformed, background-checked, in-house employees who serve the same communities night after night. We carefully train them to generously interpret trash guidelines to pick up more trash, not less. Additionally, our District Managers supervise small teams, so they have the bandwidth to carefully screen hires and coach their team members. You get the best service, and we get to hold onto top talent.
Our trash cans are 13-gallon black kitchen trash cans that fit standard bags. Each one has a phone number, email, and QR code that residents can use to contact us directly with issues or questions.
Our service days are flexible according to your needs. Most customers opt for a five-day standard with service Sunday through Thursday.
Every valet uses leak-proof bags or carts to minimize leaks, drips, and spills. Our goal is to keep your community looking great from door to dumpster.
