How Bulk Removal Works.

  1. Pick Your Schedule

We suggest 1 pickup a week for communities under 400 units and 2 for larger ones. Your schedule sets your monthly rate. Trash outs and one-time pickups are available too.

  2. We Confirm and Schedule

We confirm the details with you and put your pickups on the calendar.

  3. Our Crew Hauls It

A professional crew removes the approved bulk and photographs the area before and after.

  4. You Get the Report

Photos and notes for every pickup, in your Ally Home portal.

Why Bulk Works Better as a Subscription.

Bulk keeps coming back, so a one-time haul only clears this week's pile. A set weekly pickup handles it before the next couch lands beside the dumpster.

  • Set Days, Not Phone Calls

Pickups happen on the same days every week, so nobody on your team has to call around, wait on a quote, or approve another job.

  • Same Price Every Month

You pay one monthly rate for your set pickup schedule, the same every month. Bulk goes in the budget instead of showing up as a different bill every time.

  • Costs Less Than You'd Expect

Our crews are already on a route near you, so recurring service is our most affordable option, and it often costs less than a one-time junk haul.

  • Gone Before It Piles Up

Weekly pickups clear the mattress before a couch joins it. Communities of 400 units or more can add a second day.

  • Proof of Every Pickup

Before-and-after photos and a summary report for every pickup, in your Ally Home portal.

  • Know What Was Left and Why

If something can't go (hazardous, oversized, or non-compliant), you'll know exactly what it is and why.

Since Ally Waste has taken over managing our community, it has made a drastic difference in the appearance of the property! I would recommend Ally Waste to any Multifamily Property!

Common Questions About Bulk Removal.

Doesn't my trash hauler take bulk?

Most haulers empty dumpsters but don't collect furniture or mattresses left beside them. We collect those items on a set schedule.

What counts as bulk trash?

Oversized or hard-to-dispose-of items: couches, mattresses, and bed frames; desks, chairs, and shelving; stoves and microwaves; bagged move-out debris and large boxes; and TVs and other non-hazardous electronics.

Is there anything you can't take?

Items that are hazardous, oversized, or non-compliant. If we have to leave something, you'll know exactly what it is and why, with a photo and a note.

How is bulk removal priced?

Recurring service has one monthly rate, set by your community's volume and pickup schedule, and you pay the same price every month for that schedule. Because our team already runs routes near you, weekly service often costs less than a one-time junk haul. One-time pickups are quoted per job, and your agreement lists every charge.

Do I have to sign a long-term contract?

No. We offer long-term and short-term agreements, so you can tailor bulk service to your community's needs.
